Registration Policy
- Full payment is required before the first day of class.
- Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No prorated rate applies for students who begin the class after the commencement date.
- Complementary make up session is possible upon discussion.
- Invoices must be paid in full within 7 days and prior to course commencement.
Cancellation Policy
If you want to withdraw from a course:
To be eligible for a refund, (less a $55 administration fee) please submit written notice of your intention to withdraw at least five business days before the course begins. You can expect to receive your refund within 20 days of Key Language Training receiving your written notice. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals received after the course begins, or after a tutor is assigned. A request must be submitted in writing by e-mail, or in person to the relevant program coordinator.
Please note: We would be pleased to hold a 100% credit of the tuition fee toward taking another Key Language Training course. This credit is valid for 12 months.
If Key Language Training cancels a course:
A minimum enrollment is required to recover course costs. If that minimum is not reached, Key Language Training reserves the right to cancel classes. Every attempt will be made to notify you in advance.
In the event that KLT cancels a course, students will be refunded 100% of their paid tuition for that course.
A full refund will be processed unless we are notified of your wish to transfer to another class.
